Sewa-Labour of love is one of the primary teachings of Sikh Guru Sahibans and following the same Bhai Vir Singh Sahitya Sadan is also running Charitable Homeopathic Dispensaries both in New Delhi and at the Nivas Asthan of Bhai Vir Singh at Amritsar. In the line of the philosophy of the service to the needy, thousands of poor patients are being benefited from these Charitable Dispensaries. The consultation as well as homeopathic medicines are available free of cost to the patient.

A team of professional doctors with experience of more than 20 years are available for the needy between 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm. from Monday to Saturday except for gazetted and national holidays. The Dispensary remains closed on second and fourth Saturdays of every month.
