The Sadan undertakes the publication of all the works of Bhai Vir Singh and runs a Book Store so that the vast, rich and rare poetry and literature of father of modern Panjabi language reaches the interested readers spread throughout India and abroad.
We are in the process of computerising and designing all the publications in this unit. For reprinting of publications we give details of all the editions from their inception. Besides, Sadan has also been acquiring many unpublished tracts, letters and articles of Bhai Vir Singh which are being published in book form. Bhai Vir Singh’s works are also being translated into English, Hindi and other regional languages.
For the standardization of our publications, we have fixed two sizes for the books – 5½x8½ and 7x9½. We have also fixed the font and the font size for the text. Title covers of Sadan’s publications are being beautifully designed based on the themes with ISBN Bar Code especially for the international book lovers.
